01
Our accessibility commitment
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design and development target. This work also supports the accessibility principles relevant to the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act where those laws apply.
The website has not yet received an independent accessibility certification or full third-party conformance audit.
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. We aim to identify, prevent, and remove barriers as the website, content, and connected services evolve.
02
How this website supports access
The current experience includes the following accessibility considerations:
Keyboard access
Navigation, links, forms, dialogs, and privacy controls can be reached and operated without a mouse.
Visible focus
Interactive elements use a high-contrast focus indicator, and dialogs return focus to the control that opened them.
Clear structure
Semantic landmarks, descriptive headings, page titles, labels, and a skip link support efficient navigation.
Readable presentation
Text and controls are designed for strong contrast, responsive reflow, browser zoom, and readable spacing.
Adaptable preferences
The experience respects reduced-motion and forced-color settings and does not rely on color alone for meaning.
Form clarity
Form fields have programmatic labels, required-state text, appropriate input types, and keyboard-friendly controls.
03
Review, improvement, and known limitations
Our review process combines automated checks with keyboard and visual inspection. Automated testing can find many issues, but it does not replace evaluation by people using different devices and assistive technologies.
Areas we continue to review
- Custom visuals that replace current placeholders will need equivalent-text and contrast review before publication.
- Third-party scheduling, analytics, form, or embedded services may have accessibility behavior outside AIWebStar’s direct control.
- New pages and content will be reviewed as the site expands.
If a feature does not work with your technology or preferred method of access, please contact us. Your report helps us prioritize meaningful improvements.
04
Accessibility support and feedback
If you encounter a barrier, need information in another format, or need help completing an action, email accessibility@aiwebstar.com. We will work with you to provide a reasonable alternative and review the issue.
It is helpful to include the page address, a short description of the problem, and your browser or assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it. You do not need to disclose a disability to request assistance.
Another way to reach us
You can email hello@aiwebstar.com for consultation assistance or visit the contact page. Please do not include patient, medical, or other confidential information.

Statement maintenance and references
This statement will be reviewed after material website changes and updated when accessibility practices or known limitations change.
